1. Scope and Applicability
GENAXA is committed to safeguarding the personal data and academic records of enrolled candidates, certified alumni, partner institutions, and portal visitors. This policy outlines our protocols for data collection, encryption, and institutional usage.
2. Information We Collect
We collect candidate names, dates of birth, contact telephone numbers, email addresses, course progress, marks, and examination verification logs for the sole purpose of academic administration, certificate registry maintenance, and credential validation.
3. Certificate Verification & Public Disclosure
To enable employers and educational institutions to verify candidate credentials, verified status (Candidate Name, Course Title, Issue Date, Grade, and Status) is rendered upon input of a valid Certificate Number or Registration Number on the public verification engine.
4. Data Security
All database transactions are conducted over SSL encryption. Passwords and credentials are cryptographically hashed using standard algorithms. We do not sell or commercialize personal data.
